1. Who we are

This website is run by Virat Group, a real estate developer based at 516-517, 5th Floor, Vaibhav Tower, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan ("Virat Group", "we", "us"). We decide how the personal data you give us on this website is used, so under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act") we are the Data Fiduciary for it.

By using this website or sending us your details, you agree to this policy. If you don't agree, please don't submit your details. You can still call or visit us.

2. What we collect

Details you give us

When you fill in a form, unlock prices, subscribe or chat with Virat Genie, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, this can include:

• your name, mobile number, email address and city;
• the project, unit type or budget you are interested in, and your message;
• the best time to call you and whether you are a first-time buyer, investor or NRI;
• for channel partners and investors: your years of experience, RERA agent number, investment budget and type;
• the page you sent the form from and the unit or price you wanted to see.

Details collected automatically

Like most websites, our server keeps standard technical logs: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open and the time of the visit. We use these only to run, secure and fix the website.

We do not collect payment details, Aadhaar, PAN or bank details through this website. Never send them through a website form or the chat.

3. Why we use it

• to answer your enquiry and call, SMS, WhatsApp or email you about the projects you asked about;
• to show you prices and unit sizes when you ask to unlock them;
• to arrange site visits, share brochures and floor plans, and help with home loans if you ask;
• to handle channel partner, investor, consultancy and hospitality registrations;
• to send our newsletter, if you subscribed;
• to keep the website safe, find faults and understand which pages are useful;
• to meet our legal duties, including under RERA, tax and other laws.

We only use your data for these purposes. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. Your consent

Our forms have a consent box that is unticked until you tick it. By ticking it, you agree that Virat Group may contact you about your enquiry by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email, even if your number is on the National Do Not Call (DND/NCPR) register.

You can withdraw your consent at any time: email sales@vvirat.in, reply "STOP" to our WhatsApp or SMS, or tell the person who calls you. Withdrawing doesn't affect anything we did before, and we may keep some records where the law requires it.

5. Who we share it with

Your details are seen only by people who need them to help you:

• Our team: sales, customer care and management staff of Virat Group;
• Authorised channel partners working with us on your enquiry, who must keep it confidential;
• Service providers who run things for us: website hosting, our customer database (CRM), email and messaging tools, and the AI service behind Virat Genie. They may only use your data to provide their service to us;
• Banks and home-loan partners, only if you ask us to help with a loan;
• Government bodies, regulators or courts, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we only use countries the Government of India has not restricted under the DPDP Act.

6. Virat Genie (AI chat)

Virat Genie answers questions about our projects. To write a reply, your messages are sent to a third-party AI service. Please don't type sensitive personal information into the chat. If you share your mobile number in the chat, we save it as an enquiry so our team can call you back.

Genie's answers are generated automatically and can be wrong. Always confirm prices, sizes, availability and legal details with our team before you decide anything.

7. Cookies & browser storage

We don't use advertising cookies. Our website saves a few small items in your own browser so it works smoothly, for example that you have already unlocked prices or already seen the opening animation. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

Some parts of the page load from other companies: Google Maps (maps), Google Fonts (text styles), Cloudflare cdnjs (icons and animation code) and Instagram (our reels). When your browser loads these, those companies can see your IP address and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

8. Storage & security

We store enquiries in our customer database and protect them with reasonable security measures, such as access controls and encrypted (HTTPS) connections on our main website. No system is completely secure, but if a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

We keep your data while we are helping you, while you are our customer and for as long as the law or a possible dispute requires. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

9. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update your data;
• delete your data, unless the law requires us to keep it;
• stop contacting you (withdraw consent);
• let someone you nominate act for you if you die or become unable to act yourself.

Write to us using the details below and we will reply within the time the law sets. If you are not happy with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

10. Children

This website is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, please tell us and we will delete them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will show a notice on the website.
