Terms of Service

1. Using this website

This website is run by Virat Group, Jaipur. By using it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

2. Information only, not an offer

Everything on this website, including project details, unit types, sizes, prices, amenities, specifications, timelines and offers, is for general information only. It is not an offer, a promise or part of any contract.

Prices, sizes, availability and plans can change without notice. They are also subject to approvals from the authorities. What you buy is governed only by the signed Agreement for Sale and the documents registered with RERA. Please check every detail with our sales team, and read the agreement carefully, before you pay a booking amount.

3. Images & renders

Many images, walkthrough videos and 3D views on this website are artist's impressions. They show the planned design, not the finished building. Furniture, fittings, décor, landscaping, vehicles and surroundings in these images are for illustration and are not part of what is offered for sale. The 3D tower on the NRI Avenue page is a guide only and is not to scale.

4. RERA disclosure

Our current projects are registered with the Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA):

• Virat Krishnav, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur: RAJ/P/2020/1266
• Virat NRI Avenue, Jagatpura, Jaipur: RAJ/P/2025/3620

You can check registration details, approvals and project progress on the official Rajasthan RERA website, rera.rajasthan.gov.in (see all Virat Group projects there). The RERA registration is the official record. If anything on this website differs from it, the RERA record applies.

5. Calculators & Virat Genie

The EMI calculator and other tools give rough estimates only. Your real loan amount, interest rate and EMI depend on your bank.

Virat Genie is an automated AI assistant. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong, and it cannot book, reserve or confirm anything for you. Always confirm details with our team.

6. Contacting you

When you send us your details and tick the consent box, you allow Virat Group and its authorised partners to contact you about your enquiry by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email, even if your number is registered on the DND/NCPR list. You can ask us to stop at any time. See section 4 of our Privacy Policy.

Please give only your own, correct details.

7. Partners & investors

Registering as a channel partner or sending an investor enquiry through this website doesn't create a partnership, agency, investment or commission agreement. Any such arrangement starts only when both sides sign a separate written agreement. Nothing on this website is investment advice or an offer of securities.

8. Our content

The text, photos, renders, videos, floor plans, logos and design of this website belong to Virat Group or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use. You may not copy, sell or reuse them for business purposes without our written permission.

This doesn't limit any right you have under RERA or consumer protection law.
